Ordering is straightforward in just five steps: use our site to locate a lab, enter your information, select the tests you need by name or code, complete your payment, and print out the lab order.

We partner with CLIA-certified laboratories, allowing our customers to visit any CLIA-certified laboratory location within the state they registered. Should you require services in another state, simply register again with a new email and address, though your phone number can remain the same.

Your results will be posted online within 1-3 days of testing. You'll be notified via email when they're available, and you can log in to our portal to view and download them.

We do not track the progress of lab processing. Most standard tests are completed within 2-3 days, but more specialized tests sent to facilities in California, Virginia, or elsewhere may take up to two weeks.
